DNS Skills Course on Scoliosis and asymmetry

Course Goals and Description

·       It is designed to enhance your clinical skills and confidence in applying DNS principles and manual techniques in clients with scoliosis and postural asymmetry.

·       DNS functional tests to assess individuals with scoliosis and body asymmetry.

·       Clinical evaluation of patients with scoliosis, including the use of DNS functional tests to assess individuals with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) and postural asymmetry.

·       Overview of the classification and etiology of AIS, acquired scoliosis, and asymmetry in childhood.

·       Principles of sagittal stabilization in children, adults, and athletes, with emphasis on achieving optimal posture and enhancing sports performance in individuals with scoliosis.

·       Hands-on workshop to refine manual skills for addressing asymmetries of the chest, pelvis, and spine.

·       Therapeutic modifications of DNS developmental positions to promote corrective outcomes.

·       Training in body awareness and postural control is an integral component of rehabilitation.

·       Rehabilitation strategies specific to scoliosis across different age groups and clinical

·       Presentations.

·       Application of advanced variations of Klapp crawling for scoliosis.

·       Video analysis and live demonstrations of patient assessment and treatment.

This is a 4 days coursefor attendees who works primarily with scoliosis and postural asymetry.
