Day 1 9.00 – 17.00
Theoretical part for the Course will focus on the following themes:
- Knowledges about lasts evidence in science and literature.
- Neurophysiological and pathophysiological mechanism of visceral organ pathologies, their etiology.
- Neural and structural mechanisms of viscerosomatic connections and somatovisceral connections.
- Structural relationships between the viscera, and their fascial or ligamentous attachments to the musculoskeletal system
- Links between somatic structures, such as the muscles and joints, the sympathetic nervous system, the visceral organs, the spinal cord and the brain
- Different diagnosis of visceral and somatic disorders – main characteristics.
- Viscerosomatic presentation on musculoskeletal system – joint blockades, Head zones, hyperalgesia zones (HAZ).
- Visceral pathologies caused by functional disorders.
- Viscera mobility and motility
Practical part 13.00 – 17.00
Practical part for the Course will focus on the following themes (according to Prague Rehabilitation school and Barral visceral mobilization):
- Anatomy and internal organs functional kinesiology.
- Assessment of somatic structures, such as the muscles and joints, the sympathetic nervous system and the visceral organs
- Diagnostics of internal organ dysfunction by using percussion
- Assessment of internal organs, their environment and the potential influence on many structural and physiological dysfunction.
Day 2 9.00 – 17.00
Practical part for the Course will focus on the following themes (according to Prague Rehabilitation school and Barral visceral mobilization)

- Gallbladder – position, palpation, dysfunction presentation, mobilization, dysfunction therapy, mobility correction, corresponding trigger points and blockades
- Sphincters – cardiac, Oddi, Iliocecal valve, pylorus, D.J. Junction – dysfunction diagnostic, dysfunction therapy
- Abdominal drainage
- Belly button – diagnosis, mobility in visceral dysfunction
